We had our very old regular/gravity boiler (with water tank) replaced with a new combi system and some radiators replaced (with pipes recessed into the walls). Really impressed with the job done by the guys, they were punctual, efficient, tidy and kept us fully informed throughout. But even more impressive is their after sales and customer service. Dan was contactable and happy to help with questions afterwards and also helped us resolve a separate issue when a builder went through a heating pipe. Absolute life saver! “Great company with great people working for it, recently had a flood on the ground floor due to frozen pipes from the snow we had lately, I rang as an emergency and lucky for me they had a plumber in the area, who was with me in 20 minutes, after fixing the problem, I was asked if my boiler was serviced lately, not a pushy sale tactic, just a genuine concern from (Christopher) I believe his name was, we have a 10 month old baby and he wanted to make sure we had no problems with heating in this period, I won’t disclose how much I paid for this, but when I got the bill I had anticipated 5x the amount, due to pricing that I had been charged from a previous ‘Big Named Company” I’m pretty sure we all know who I mean when I say I won’t being going to Pimlico anytime soon ;).. for work half the amount that Ablitt Gas had done. Highly recommend!”

“Highly professional and friendly service. Dan has completed a multitude of jobs in our house, including stripping out 2 bathrooms, fitting a new and much improved configuration. Tidying old piping, boxing, plastering, tiling. If a problem arises - which is inevitable in a Victorian building - Dan will find a solution! Every job is thoroughly thought through and accurately priced. We are thrilled with our new kitchen too. All built, carefully fitted and appliances installed in the time allotted. Very tidy too!”

Daniel did some plumbing work for me at the end of December (2020) - specifically, replacing some cracked piping and other related work to allow for installation of a new electric boiler in my flat, and getting it connected to the water cylinder. In addition to this they installed a large towel rail and put new valves on all my radiators. They were prompt, polite and worked very hard. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work. A year on the system still works amazingly and they have recently been back to conduct the first service. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.”

Daniel completed a complete refurb of my bathroom which involved (amounst other jobs) reconfiguration, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, installation of a vintage radiator, lighting and painting. The job was not straightforward but Daniel approached each unknown surprise with imagination and practicality, completing the work on budget and on time. He left the work site tidy each evening and even sorted some sub optimal work by a previous plumber; I couldn't be more pleased with the job. I'm already planning another project which I hope Daniel will take on; my only concern in giving 5 stars is that he'll get too booked up to do it!”
